The Outcasts — An Exquisite Wedding Band Based in Rome, Italy

The Outcasts are a meticulously curated ensemble, ranging from an intimate duo to a refined five-piece formation, based in the enchanting city of Rome, Italy. They perform primarily as a swing and jazz collective, yet their impeccable versatility ensures they ascend to the dance floor with an irresistible repertoire of the most celebrated party anthems of all time. Since their founding in 2015, the band has had the distinguished privilege of entertaining discerning audiences at exclusive events, weddings, private soirées, and elegant street celebrations.

Chiara, the band’s captivating lead singer, began her artistic journey at a tender age, studying classical, modern, and contemporary dance. She later refined her craft at the prestigious Cunningham School and the Alvin Ailey School in New York, under the tutelage of Maestra Maria Di Re for both modern and operatic singing. In 2008, she graced the Fabrizio Frizzi–hosted Rai Uno programme La Botola. Chiara performed as both singer and dancer in the bespoke musical Inferno Opera Rock for three consecutive seasons, was a finalist for the esteemed Mia Martini Award and Tour Music Fest, and participated in the 2014 blind auditions for The Voice of Italy on Rai Uno. She also delivered a spellbinding performance as the lead in the opera L'Orlando furioso, part of the Jobel Theater's music theatre at the Creative Arts Workshop in 2016. Since 2018, the band has graced Rai Uno, including performances at the iconic Parco della Musica in Rome in 2020 and 2022, as well as during Rai Uno café. In February 2023, lead singer Chiara bestowed an exquisite performance on Rai Due in Viva il Videobox by Rosario Fiorello.
