The Florence Jazz Band – an exquisite ensemble available for hire at weddings and events in Tuscany, throughout Italy, and across Europe.

The Florence Jazz Band presents a refined repertoire of masterpieces from American vocal music, spanning jazz and swing. Their curated selections include beloved recordings by Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, the blues of Nat King Cole, Ray Charles, and Etta James, as well as lesser‑known gems from the great jazz and swing masters of the early 20th century.
This bespoke ensemble regularly performs at prestigious venues such as the Caruso Belmond Hotel on the Amalfi Coast, Villa il Pozzo Winery & Resort in Certaldo, and Borgo Di Castelvecchio in Siena.
In particular, the band has devoted itself to rediscovering and revitalising those songs by these artists that, inexplicably, have remained hidden from the public yet possess immense artistic and musical value.
The ensemble performs as a quartet of voice, clarinet, bass, and classical guitar – a refined combination that evokes the rhythms, sounds, and atmosphere of the golden age of American jazz.

Il Florence Jazz Band propone un repertorio basato su alcuni capolavori della musica vocale americana in stile jazz e swing.
La band interpreta brani celebri di Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, i grandi blues di Nat King Cole, Ray Charles, Etta James, ed i brani più sconosciuti dei grandi protagonisti del Jazz e dello Swing dei primi anni del Secolo del Jazz.
In particolar modo la band ha voluto riscoprire e rivalorizzare brani dei suddetti autori, rimasti inspiegabilmente celati al grande pubblico ma di grande valore artistico-musicale.
Un quartetto composto da voce, clarinetto, contrabbasso e chitarra classica. Musica e ricerca sono i filoni conduttori del progetto che mira a ritrovare il ritmo, il sound e l'atmosfera degli anni 20, 30 e 40 del Novecento americano in un largo spettro culturale che spazia dalla storia della Musica, dell'arte, della moda alla pratica delle stesse.

The Florence Jazz Band were amazing at our wedding - Cami has the most beautiful voice! We asked them to play lots of authentic Italian songs, to give our guests the full Italian experience. In particular, the band were really flexible as we had bright sunshine followed by torrential rain, and they were quick to work around this and move inside to continue playing. We very much appreciated their effort to still play and make it magical for our guests. Thank you so much for such a great performance, all our guests loved it!! Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant - the quality and vibe was so perfect for a relaxed, sunny, gorgeous time. Incredibly high quality of talent, skill, overall musicianship, performance, and professionalism (and that's coming from someone who worked within the music industry for years). All of our guests were similarly blown away - we would hire them again in a heartbeat - and recommend any other folks considering The Florence Jazz Band do the same, safe in the knowledge that this band will seriously up-level your event. The Florence Jazz Band were absolutely amazing, they were so lovely to work with and were fantastic on the day. The guests were blown away by them and gave an amazing vibe to the day and we could not have asked for better. I would highly recommend them to any future couple and I very much hope to work with them again in the future!

I had the pleasure of working with this band for one of my most intimate weddings, and I can honestly say they were unforgettable. As a wedding planner, I’ve seen many performances, but the atmosphere they created was truly magical. Camilla’s angelic voice gave everyone goosebumps - it was simply breathtaking. Even though the band was small, they filled the space with warmth, emotion, and a deep sense of connection. Every guest felt part of something special. I can’t recommend them enough.

EXCEPTIONAL! Couldn't recommend the Florence Jazz Band more. They played through the rain in the evening and the guitarist learnt a song for me to walk down the aisle to and he played it so beautifully. We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect band to play at our wedding - thank you so much ♥️

We had the best time with the Florence Jazz Band during our private dinner. They carried the energy throughout the night and dealing with Cammi was such a pleasure. We will definitely be hiring them for our special event next year!

Florence Jazz band was fantastic, they played during our ceremony and our apertivo. We are a Swedish couple and wanted to have a mix of international and Italian jazz music, and they put just the perfect vibe for our wedding. Many of our guests mentioned that they were very impressed by her and the band. Also, Cami (who we were in contact with) was a true professional and a pleasure to work with prior to the wedding, we felt very safe working with her and she understood exactly how we wanted to have it. Would choose them again!

The Florence Jazz Band played at the opening night of our wedding in Tuscany and we loved it. Cami has a wonderful voice and the whole band simply delivered on the laidback and romantic Italian jazz vibe that we were after. 100% recommend!

Cami and The Florence Jazz Band were absolutely amazing <3 <3 <3 Cami is a beautiful soul with a stunning voice, and the rest of the band was amazing and completely on point! They learned and played a special song for my walk down the aisle and even accommodated some last minute music changes without missing a beat. Thank you Florence Jazz Band for the beautiful music, the chill vibes, and for adding that something special to my day.
