FAQ

What are your normal set lengths?

- The length of our sets depends on the type of event. For a wedding, we can play during the ceremony, the aperitif, and around the tables during dinner. - Usually, during the aperitif, we play for about 1.5 to 2 hours continuously. We can perform both from a fixed spot and moving among the guests. If we do take a short break, we always leave background music playing from a playlist. - For dinner, we typically play two sets of about 15 minutes each, moving around the tables during breaks between courses.

Do you have different line-up options?

- For the party, I usually suggest contacting a DJ or I (the band's singer) can offer to do a DJ set.

What time do you normally arrive at the venue to set up?

- Usually, if the venue is close to where we live (within an hour from our home), we arrive at least two hours beforehand to set up. If it's further away, we plan to arrive at least three to four hours in advance, accounting for potential traffic. We typically take about an hour for setup and soundcheck.

Can you learn song requests (e.g. a first dance)?

- If necessary, we can learn some song requests, unless it's a song that the singer cannot perform well. In that case, we recommend playing the MP3.

How much space do you need for your performance area?

- When we perform at a fixed location, we typically occupy about 4 meters x 3 meters of space.

Are you comfortable performing outdoors or in unusual settings (e.g. barns, beaches)?

- We can perform without problems in unusual settings.

I would highly recommend Dusk Roamers. We had a 50th birthday party and they were a real hoot and upbeat getting everyone on the dance floor.
