Stardust is a distinguished cover band, based near Bari in the heart of Puglia, Italy. Esteemed for their artistry, they are sought after for weddings, corporate celebrations, and private soirées across Italy and throughout Europe.
The ensemble is frequently engaged at some of the region's most exclusive venues, including Tenuta TRESCA in Botrugno, Villa Eva in Ravello, and Villa Aura del Lago on Lake Como, as well as the illustrious Castello Monaci and Borgo Egnazia.
Their narrative began in 2007, born from a group of kindred spirits who recognised an instant and profound connection. Conceived from an idea by Alex upon his return from the vibrant streets of London, the current formation began its journey into the Apulian hinterland in 2007, weaving a rich tapestry of live soul, pop, and rock that has captivated audiences ever since.
The band comprises Alex, Nico, Saverio, and Bufi, each bringing a refined sensibility to every performance.

Stardust é una band degna di note e di storia. Una storia che nasce nel 2007 da un'energia che s'incontró e si amó fin dal primo momento.
Da un'idea di Alex Spadavecchia, di ritorno dalle streets del sound londinese, l'attuale formazione inizia a muovere i passi nell'entroterra pugliese dal 2007, coinvolgendo fino ad oggi anime e corpi di folle on the road con esperimenti live soul/pop/rock.
L'incontro e' stato disegnato da un istinto andato a buon fine: Alex, Nico, Saverio, Bufi. Just a friend e' il titolo del primo singolo con il quale si apre il sipario del palcoscenico del tempio di una band in continua evoluzione. In attesa del primo album dedicato ad ognuno di noi.
Tempo, cambiamento, amore andato, amore ricercato, amicizia.

We hired Stardust to play at our wedding at Mastropa Exclusive Resort in Puglia in May 2026 and they were absolutely fantastic! They provided the music for the whole day, including live instrumental music during the ceremony, an acoustic set during the aperitifs and a live performance followed by DJ set for the party at night. The quality of the music and the performance was outstanding and the party went long into the night thanks to the band’s energy with many guests commenting on how fun the live music was! A super professional and friendly band who accommodated our song requests for the ceremony and kept everyone entertained. Would most certainly recommend Stardust, who are guaranteed to put on a great show!

Alex and the band were all fantastic! We hired Stardust for our wedding - we had them play from the ceremony, after dinner and a DJ till late. They were super flexible with the songs that we wanted to play at our ceremony and our first dance (they even learnt new songs for us). The DJ was fantastic too and played all our favourite songs. The guests did not stop dancing and everyone had a great time. Fully recommend Stardust, professional, flexible and had a wide range of songs. Thank you Alex and the team!

We booked Stardust for our wedding and man did we make the perfect choice! There were a lot of musicians at the wedding so the band had to be good. I can tell you that not only did Stardust create a perfect atmosphere for the day and for the party, they are also masters of their instruments. So everybody had an amazing time! The singer's voice and range is honestly suited for any style of music, so whatever music you like will sound great when Stardust is playing it. At the end of the night they let a few guests play on their instruments, which they didn't have to do but it was really fun! I've checked the internet for the best wedding bands in Italy and apart from the class and vibe of Stardust they were also a great choice for price/quantity. Not only did they perform at the party, they brought a DJ to fill up the breaks and they even provided music throughout the day for stuff like the ceremony. And last, there is the fact that they were all nice guys, willing to be flexible with last-minute changes and great to hang out with. So if you're looking for an awesome band in Italy, you have to book these guys!

Alex and his team were absolutely incredible! They travelled all the way from Italy for our wedding at the beautiful Château Lacanaud, and we couldn’t have been happier to have them there. From the moment we first saw them perform at a wedding in Tuscany many years ago, we knew we wanted them for our own big day too. They are an incredible band with amazing voices, and they had our whole wedding party dancing right up until the very end of the night - we honestly had the best time! If you’re looking for a band to get every guest on the dance floor, Stardust are the ones for you!

Stardust were ace. They were great leading up to our wedding when organising our set list and performed our first dance even though it wasn't on their playlist. So many people have since commented on how good they were - I think they'll be playing at our friend's wedding one day! Seriously can't recommend these guys highly enough!

My wife and I could not have been more impressed. Alex’s voice is sensational and he is so much fun to have at the wedding. They played a huge set for us at the end of the night but throughout the day they were there early, kept the music going all day and were so accommodating to what we asked for. The musicians and DJ in the band were also phenomenal, they have such a wide range of genres and music and they absolutely nailed it all. The guests were stunned. If you book these guys for your wedding. I guarantee it will be the best decision you will make. Thank you Stardust for everything on the day, we really appreciate it all. The absolute best, don’t think twice! We can’t say enough good things about Stardust, they were the highlight of the night and made our wedding so memorable. My husband who is a huge rock fan and music enthusiast kept saying how amazing Alex’s voice was. Our wedding was 3 weeks ago and we’re still getting compliments on this amazing band.
