Urban Groove Collective is directed by Sara, an Italian singer-pianist and art director who was honoured with the Italian Wedding Awards 2021 for musical entertainment. She founded her own ensemble in 2020, drawing upon two decades of expertise in the world of entertainment and collaborating with a distinguished roster of musicians from Tuscany. The group is celebrated for its captivating contemporary repertoire, impeccably suited to any occasion. They are frequently engaged to perform at weddings and exclusive events at Tenuta Corbinaia in Florence, Italy.

Urban Groove Collective has performed at private events for an illustrious clientele including Bulgari, Panerai, Jimmy Choo, Dstrezzed, Cantine Ruffino, The Mall, I Gigli, Rinascente, Renault, and other luxury houses. Sara aspires to curate a bespoke experience that aligns perfectly with your singular vision, supported by her team of forty musicians and artists. Their passion is to guide your guests on an emotional journey, weaving seamlessly between jubilant and tender moments, leaving indelible memories. The ensemble endeavours to be artists who inspire smiles and stir the soul, offering transformative experiences that linger long after the final note. As a collective, they are delighted to accompany couples from the ceremony through to the celebration. Below are examples of the refined services they offer, each tailored to elevate any event.

Package 1

Ceremony: String duet (violin and cello) with the option to include an additional vocalist
Aperitif: Digital piano in a white shell with a female voice, either acoustic or accompanied by backing tracks. Song requests are welcomed and often cherished by guests (up to 2 hours). Alternatively, a female DJ and saxophone duo can set the tone
Dinner: Background music
Party: DJ set until 1 a.m.

Included Equipment (up to 100 guests):
- Speaker for the ceremony with wireless microphone for the celebrant
- PA systems for the aperitif, dinner (including a wireless microphone for speeches) and party
- Speaker for the cake-cutting moment
- Basic disco lights, two mini moving heads and a hazer
- One technician for technical support

Ceremony & Aperitif: String quartet
Dinner: Background music with two 15-minute performances by a female vocalist, accompanied by a digital piano in a white shell and electric violin
Party: Roaming show band for one hour featuring a female vocalist, saxophone, LED violin and percussion, followed by a DJ set until 1 a.m.

- One technician included

Package 3

Ceremony & Aperitif: String quartet
Dinner: Background music with two 15-minute performances featuring both a female and male vocalist, accompanied by a digital piano in a white shell
Party: Full roaming show band for one hour including two female vocalists, a male vocalist, a Black vocalist, saxophone, LED violin and percussion. Followed by a DJ set until 1 a.m.

Included Equipment (up to 100 guests):
- Same as above
- Two to three technicians provided depending on the event’s scale

• Standard wedding coverage from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. (9 hours)

Additional Info

• SIAE tax (Italian Society of Authors and Publishers) is not included
• Extra time beyond 1 a.m. can be arranged
• A staff meal is requested for each musician
• Overnight accommodation to be agreed upon, depending on the venue’s distance from Florence
