Founded by a virtuoso musician and vocalist from Florence, Fret Flow brings to each performance over two decades of accumulated mastery.

Through years of artistic exploration, they have immersed themselves in an extraordinary breadth of genres—from the rustic soul of Irish folk to the improvisatory spirit of jazz, from the energy of rock to the sophistication of contemporary composition—each influence having enriched their sonic sensibility and curated repertoire.

The ensemble performs with guitar, mandolin, saxophone, double bass, and voice, weaving a uniquely textured tapestry of sound for every occasion. Whether appearing as a solo artist or helming configurations of duos, trios, or quartets, every iteration allows Fret Flow to refine their singular, eclectic approach to music.

Fret Flow is regularly engaged to perform for weddings and events at Villa Ardore in Florence and Quercia Al Poggio in Barberino Tavarnelle—venues of distinction that reflect their calibre.

Bilingual communication in English and French ensures effortless collaboration with international couples, planners, and attendees.

Song requests and personal interactions are warmly welcomed, rendering each performance a bespoke and unforgettable experience. With an extensive repertoire, Fret Flow can perform for up to three hours, divided into sets of 45 minutes. Should a particular piece be desired for a first dance or any other cherished moment, the ensemble will learn and perform it live, provided advance notice is given.

Thanks to battery-powered amplification of the highest quality, Fret Flow can perform in virtually any setting—even in the midst of a pastoral landscape—without recourse to a power source. This service is included in the fee. During brief intermissions, silence is never left to linger; curated background music flows through the sound system, maintaining an atmosphere of effortless grace.

With a swift 20‑minute setup, the ensemble is ready to perform with remarkable efficiency, though they prefer to arrive at the venue at least 90 minutes before the performance time. Having performed at hundreds of weddings across Italy, Fret Flow has curated bespoke musical journeys for couples from every corner of the globe.
